THEY NVY US accepts eligible change-of-mind return requests within 10 days of delivery.

Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for these returns, except where required by applicable law.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Certain items, including swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, gift cards, and designated final-sale merchandise, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
